Data are not conserved longer than necessary to the purpose of its treatment, that is three years after the last contact between the user and Research2B.

You can exercise your rights in this matter through the same email address, by justifying your identity: access, rectification, erase, limitation, opposition and portability. Confidentiality
The personal data processed by Research2B are only accessible to duly authorised staff members, to the extent required for the accomplishment of their tasks.
Staff members are bound by confidentiality rules regarding all personal data. This means:
- they must not access or attempt to access data that are not strictly required for the accomplishment of their tasks;
- they must not divulge the data they access, except as required by their function.
The same requirements apply to all employee of external companies that may access such data as part of a subcontracting agreement.
Security
Research2B takes all appropriate measures to protect your personal data from any unauthorised or illegal access and from any loss, destruction, or accidental damage, taking into consideration the risks involved in data processing and in the nature of the data.
In the event of a security incident resulting in a loss of personal data or a breach of confidentiality, Research2B shall notify the Data Protection Authority in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
